By registering, you agree to electronic communication and accept the Terms of Service for customers in the Wisr application and our Privacy Policy.

Acceptance of Terms

These terms apply to Wisr’s digital solution on www.wisr.no and the mobile application (hereafter "the Platform"). The Platform is owned by Norgate AS. By using Wisr’s Platform, you accept these terms as described in this document. "Use" here means registering as an advisor on Wisr, either as an individual or as a company.

Changes to the terms may occur. Norgate AS reserves the right to modify, add, or remove parts of the terms. It is your responsibility to stay informed of any changes. Continuing to use the Platform after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Norgate AS recommends regularly checking for changes.

If you do not accept the current terms, you should not use the Platform. If you disagree with the terms after registering, you must immediately delete your user account (See Termination of User Account).

These terms are supplemented by Wisr’s Privacy Policy and any specific agreements you have with Norgate AS.

About the Platform

Wisr offers a digital solution for the provision of various advisory services (hereafter "the Service"). The Platform allows the advisor, or the person legally representing the advisor (also referred to as “you”), as an independent service provider to offer their services to Wisr’s customers (users). The service is delivered to the customer under a resale model where you as an advisor are the supplier to Wisr, and Wisr is the supplier to the customer (hereafter "the Parties").

These terms regulate the advisor's rights and obligations as a registered user of the Platform. You confirm that you are the legal or natural person you claim to be and are authorized to represent the legal or natural person listed as the advisor.

The Platform is under continuous development and improvement and may contain errors and deficiencies. Advisors are expected to contribute to improving the Platform by participating in regular surveys.

The Platform facilitates that various advisors with different expertise, experience, and organization can practice their profession as efficiently as possible. The purpose of the Platform is to make it easy for customers to find advisors of the service they seek, in one single digital solution.

Liability Limitations

All advisors registering on the Platform are independent providers and must take full responsibility for their business and the services offered to the customer. Therefore, advisors must bear all responsibility related to the conduct of their own business. Norgate AS shall be held harmless for the advisor’s conduct of their own business (See Complaints and Grievances).
